Job Description

Achieve sales target through distribution sales
Build relationships with Motor & health Rms - Drive LI business to their partners
Meet & greet x- RM & partners
Support Partners for closures / for client meetings
Daily Callothon to Probable partner leads from motor & health
Drive contest & other initiatives to partners & cross RMs
Motivate & train RMs & partners for Life business
Maintain daily records & update to supervisor

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum eligibility criteria - 2 years of experience of sales of Life insurance
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
Must be comfortable with fieldwork and target-based responsibilities.
Self-driven, with the ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
