Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to ILA’s leadership team and chapters.
• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of ILA initiatives, events, and programs.
• Manage communications with members, partners, and stakeholders.
• Support content creation, outreach, and promotion across ILA channels.
• Facilitate collaboration between ILA chapters and help expand the network.
• Contribute to organizational growth by ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.

Desired Qualifications

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a professional manner.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
• Experience in program management, communications, or association/NGO work is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Management, or related field preferred.
