Position: ILA- Senior Associate Location: Remote (India) Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Provide operational and administrative support to ILA’s leadership team and chapters. Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of ILA initiatives, events, and programs. Manage communications with members, partners, and stakeholders. Support content creation, outreach, and promotion across ILA channels. Facilitate collaboration between ILA chapters and help expand the network. Contribute to organizational growth by ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. Desired Qualifications Strong organizational and coordination skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a professional manner. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup. Experience in program management, communications, or association/NGO work is a plus.
