Gurugram, Mumbai, Bangalore or Hyderabad

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Masters or PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Computational Science, Data Science, Statistics, Operational Research, or similar field.

Conduct in-depth organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement
Analyze organizational data to derive actionable insights and strategies
Develop metrics and performance indicators to track progress and measure success.
Design framework for organizational concepts, statistically validated questionnaires and other forms of assessment
Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
Build out data mockups to test the prescriptive analytics hypothesis
Linking analytics results with Behavioral Science or Industrial and Organizational Psychology related concepts
Prepare comprehensive reports outlining findings, recommendations, and strategies
Collaborate with clients to design and implement effective change management or talent initiatives
Stay updated on industry trends/best practices and contribute to innovation, new product development or thought leadership in the people and organization analytics space
