Job Purpose: The purpose of the SAP S4 HANA Consultant role is to provide expert contributions across different phases of the project lifecycle. This position involves evaluating needs, performing project analysis, development, configurations, testing, and deploying overall project solutions using SAP. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain S/4 HANA Fiori extensions and interfaces. Analyze business requirements, review existing systems, define solutions, and translate them into detailed programming designs. Perform the development needed to translate programming designs into efficient and accurate code. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at varying levels of technical knowledge. Diagnose and resolve issues when faced with ambiguous or contradictory information. Manage and resolve ongoing issues for S/4 HANA system bugs, data inconsistencies, and integration problems. Work flexibly, including extended hours when required by project deadlines. Collaborate effectively with peers and cross-functional teams. Comply with organizational policies and procedures. Maintain regular, punctual, and reliable attendance. Qualifications: Strong expertise in developing SAP business applications using ABAP (Reports, Conversion Programs, Dialog Programs, Function Modules, Classes, etc.). SAP S4 Certification. 5+ years of consulting experience. Experience in developing system interfaces using RFC, BAPI, Web Services, IDOCs, and File Interfaces. Ability to enhance SAP systems using Customer Exits, BADI, and enhancements. Knowledge of identifying and applying SAP Notes. Experience in ABAP programs and interfaces across SAP modules such as Procurement, Sales & Distribution, and Finance. Preferred Experience: Knowledge of SAP ABAP (added advantage). Experience with SAP CP (Cloud Platform Integration) for developing SAP and non-SAP interfaces. Knowledge of Event Mesh. Ability to create custom SAP workflows, tasks, and methods. Experience implementing SAP Fiori Apps. Technical Skills Preferred Strong technical documentation skills (creating technical design documents from business and functional requirements). Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology. Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing testing activities. Strong communication skills (technical and non-technical). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
