What are we looking for? 15+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with at least 8+ years in a senior leadership role Proven track record of building and leading high-performing analytics teams Deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems (paid media, SEO, CRM, email, etc.) and their associated analytics platforms Proficiency/Familiarity in SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker), plus experience with Python or R Experience in MarTech across platforms such as Adobe, Google, Salesforce Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence executive decision-making Experience in a client-facing or consultancy environment with stakeholder management responsibilities Familiarity with AI/ML-driven marketing analytics solutions Strong business acumen with the ability to link marketing metrics to financial outcomes Consulting or brand Experience in CPG, Retail, Beauty, e-commerce industry
Roles and Responsibilities: Lead a portfolio of projects in marketing analytics and manage big team of analytics professionals, fostering a high-performance culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning Set the strategic direction for marketing analytics in alignment with overall business and marketing goals Partner closely with senior executives to drive strategic initiatives backed by data & advanced analytics, and industry best practices Be responsible for building a high performing team, upskilling and growth of marketing analytics practice. Be responsible for driving transformation through analytics, automation, and Gen AI adoption and generate tangible business impact Serve as the key analytics point of contact for internal leadership and external clients or partners Translate complex analytical outputs into business language to influence strategy and investment decisions Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Finance, and Engineering to ensure alignment and execution on shared goals Oversee the design and delivery of campaign performance reports, dashboards, and marketing KPIs Drive the development of advanced attribution models, forecasting tools, and ROI analysis Provide deep customer and market insights to inform segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies Ensure data governance, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
