Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Communication Trainer to join our team in Salem. The ideal

candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in training individuals or groups to

improve their communication skills, including verbal, non-verbal, written, and

presentation abilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive training sessions on spoken English, grammar, vocabulary,

and pronunciation.

• Prepare students for interviews, group discussions, presentations, and public

speaking.

• Develop customized lesson plans and learning materials based on student needs.

• Assess student progress through assignments, mock interviews, and feedback

sessions.

• Organize communication workshops, debates, and language labs.

• Collaborate with faculty to integrate communication skills into the curriculum.

• Maintain records of student attendance and performance.
