Job Overview. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Ielts Trainer/ Counselor to join our team at Touchstone Educationals LLP. As an Ielts Trainer/ Counselor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to students who are preparing for the IELTS exam. This is a full-time position with a Junior level of experience requirement (1 to 3 years). The role will be based in Nawanshahr, Punjab, India.

Qualifications And Skills. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Certification in IELTS training.

Strong knowledge of the IELTS exam and its components.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Experience in teaching or counseling students.

Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their goals.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team.

Knowledge of study options, visa procedures, and immigration is a plus.

Roles And Responsibilities. Conducting IELTS training sessions for students.

Assessing students' language skills and preparing them for the IELTS exam.

Providing feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their English language proficiency.

Developing and implementing personalized study plans for each student based on their strengths and weaknesses.

Monitoring students' progress and adjusting teaching methods accordingly.

Preparing study materials and resources for IELTS preparation.

Keeping up-to-date with the latest IELTS exam patterns and changes.

Providing counseling and guidance to students regarding study options, visa procedures, and immigration.

Collaborating with other trainers and staff members to ensure smooth operations.

Maintaining records of students' progress and attendance
