We are looking for:

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven IELTS & PR Counselor to join our team. The ideal

candidate should have a strong background in overseas education, immigration counseling, or test

preparation services. The role involves guiding students and professionals through the IELTS process

and providing complete support for Permanent Residency applications, particularly for Canada,

Australia, and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

 Guide students on the IELTS test format, preparation strategies, and band requirements.

 Assist students in course selection based on their profiles, goals, and study destinations.

 Help them enroll in IELTS training programs as needed.

 Maintain consistent communication with students to track progress.

 Provide detailed counseling on PR pathways, especially for Canada (Express Entry) and

Australia (Skilled Migration).

 Explain eligibility criteria, documentation, and immigration processes.

 Work with ICCRC (Canada) and MARA (Australia) consultants as required.

 Manage initial assessments and profile evaluations.

 Help candidates choose appropriate programs aligned with immigration goals.

 Convert leads into enrollments through effective counseling and follow-ups.

 Maintain daily call logs, enquiry tracking, and CRM updates.

 Meet individual and team targets for conversions and revenue.

 Client Coordination & Documentation

 Guide clients on required documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness.

 Liaise with processing teams for PR application submissions.

 Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely updates and support.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, Business, or related fields)

 Minimum 0.6 –2 years of experience in education or immigration counseling

 Strong knowledge of IELTS and PR procedures (Canada, Australia, New Zealand)

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Strong sales acumen and ability to meet targets

 Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools

Preferred Qualifications:

 Certification or training in counseling or immigration consultancy

 Experience working with ICCRC/MARA professionals

 Fluency in regional languages is a plu
