Identity Governance Business Analyst

Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire

Location: Remote in India

Monthly Salary: 3 Lakhs - 4.5 lakhs/month (we offer full benefits on contract)

Required Skills & Experience

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Professional Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role (typically 5+ years).
• Identity Governance experience is a must have including experience with Sailpoint or Savyint
• Experience working in the retail industry is a plus.
• Experience working for a big 4 Consulting Firm (PWC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG)

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with business analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) is preferred.
• Experience with data analysis, modeling, and visualization techniques.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently as needed.

Our current IGA environment has been shaped by numerous successful M&A transactions, intricate global and regional business processes, legacy IGA components, and significant volumes of data. With years of legacy, the current landscape has become untenable and necessitates a highly scalable and modern platform. We are looking for seasoned IGA professionals to aid our multiyear efforts for transition towards the envisioned target state landscape.

The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate –

1. Very strong understanding of identity governance (including JML, RBAC, Access Requests, Access Certifications etc.) and its tools, processes and technologies including

2. Experience of having completed several assignments for large organizations as a Business Analyst within this sphere.
