Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Idea Builder at The Startup Chemistry, based in Surat. The Idea Builder will work closely with founders and startups to brainstorm and develop innovative business concepts, translate ideas into actionable business models, and assist in crafting distinctive branding and market positioning strategies. Responsibilities include conducting market research, collaborating on pitch decks and presentations, offering strategic insights, and supporting entrepreneurs in adopting a growth-oriented, resilient mindset through storytelling and strategic frameworks.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Ideation, Creative Problem-Solving, and Brainstorming
• Proficiency in Business Modeling, Market Research, and Strategic Planning
• Effective Storytelling, Brand Identity Development, and Presentation preparation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, teamwork capabilities, and attention to detail
• Background or interest in startups, entrepreneurship, or innovation-driven industries
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Business, Marketing, Communication, Design, or a related field
• A proactive and resourceful mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in public speaking or mentoring is a plus
