ICT Vessel Support Operator

As an IT Support professional at d'Amico, you will have the opportunity to work in a multicultural environment with international exposure. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing technical support for users of IT infrastructure and communications on the vessels worldwide. - Responding to user queries via telephone, email, chat room, or instant message, both remotely and on-site. - Identifying technical problems and providing possible solutions. - Compiling reports on technical issues and entering relevant information into databases. - Collaborating with colleagues to address common problems and ensure timely rectification. - Maintaining close communication with users and updating them on the progress of IT tasks on the vessels. - Participating in the installation and upgrade of hardware on-board d'Amico Vessels, which will expose you to a multicultural and challenging global environment. - Being prepared for day and night duties as per the rolling duty roster. Qualifications required for this role include: - 3 to 8 years of IT support experience. - Graduation in IT-related field. - Willingness to work in a diverse and dynamic work environment.
