FLEET PERSONNEL ASSISTANT RATINGS

As a part of this role, you will be responsible for contacting ex-hand candidates to verify their documentation and confirm their availability for re-joining dates. You will also be in charge of issuing different letters for Document of Continuous Discharge Certificate (DCE) and sea service. Another key aspect of the job will involve organizing in-house and outsourced training courses for the candidates. Additionally, you will be tasked with arranging briefing and de-briefing sessions for the candidates. One of your crucial duties will be to review the Dangerous Goods (DG) profile of new joiners before their departure. Moreover, you will be required to communicate with the candidates regarding their medical examinations and uniform requirements. This role will involve regular coordination and follow-up with the candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding process.,
