Fleet Performance Analyst

You will be part of the Fleet Management / Fleet Performance Monitoring Department in Mumbai, India. Your role will involve contributing to technical and transformation projects, as well as operational initiatives focused on reducing emissions from vessels and improving the efficiency of the d'Amico Shipping Group. Your main responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with the Head of Fleet Performance on developing new efficiency initiatives at vessel and fleet levels. - Conducting fact-based analyses and providing recommendations to enhance vessel and fleet performance using performance systems and external solutions. - Supporting the emission reduction strategy, operation, chartering department, and marine department through dedicated analysis. - Participating in technical projects such as fleet composition recommendations and performance support for vessels. - Working in teams to develop algorithms for propulsion efficiency, energy management, and voyage planning in the d'Amico Fleet Performance Analyst Connected Vessel programme. - Interacting with Management on board to analyze data for vessel performance improvement and provide energy training. - Ensuring compliance with Emission Compliance EU MRV, IMO DCS SEEMP Part II, Energy Management analysis per ISO 50001:2018, and TMSA Audit Energy Analysis. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 1-2 years of experience in a similar position with a proven track record of achievements. - Good verbal and written communication skills. - A degree in Engineering (Naval Architecture, Hydrodynamic, or related discipline). - The ability to work effectively with multicultural teams and communicate with stakeholders in an organized manner. - Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to find innovative solutions. - Self-motivation, flexibility, proactiveness, and the ability to work independently. - Attention to detail, accuracy, and proficiency in IT skills, including Microsoft Office. - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for conveying technical information to internal and external stakeholders effectively.
