Job Description

As a Fleet Performance Analyst at d'Amico Shipping Group in Mumbai, India, you will play a crucial role in technical and transformation projects aimed at reducing emissions and improving the efficiency of the entire operated fleet. **Role Overview:** You will collaborate with the Head of Fleet Performance to develop and implement new efficiency initiatives that impact vessel and fleet operations. Your responsibilities will include delivering fact-based analyses and recommendations to enhance vessel and fleet performance, supporting emission reduction strategies, and contributing to complex technical projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct vessel and fleet performance analyses and provide optimized solutions for operational improvements. - Support emission reduction and energy management strategies for the operation, chartering, and marine departments. - Participate in technical projects such as fleet composition recommendations and performance support for vessels. - Work in teams to develop next-generation algorithms for propulsion efficiency, energy management, and voyage planning in the d'Amico Fleet Performance Analyst Connected Vessel program. - Collaborate with onboard management for data analysis, data quality enhancement, and energy training. - Ensure compliance with Emission Regulations (EU MRV and IMO DCS SEEMP Part II) and Energy Management standards (ISO 50001:2018 and TMSA Audit Energy Analysis). **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar position with a track record of achievements. - Degree in Engineering (Naval Architecture, Hydrodynamic, or related discipline). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in multicultural teams and communicate with stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking. - Motivated, proactive, and independent worker with attention to detail. - Proficient in IT skills and Microsoft Office applications. - Fluent in English for technical communication with internal and external stakeholders.
