About the Role

• Conduct site surveys to assess existing conditions and gather necessary information for design.
• Develop detailed telecom room layouts, including rack placement, and equipment selection, ensuring compliance with GTAA, BICSI, and other relevant standards
• Develop detailed designs for structured cabling systems, including cable pathways, cable types, and connectivity using BIM/CAD software.
• Coordination with other engineering teams, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of the ICT Infrastructure facilities with other Aviation Projects under the GTAA Accelerator Program
• Maintain accurate records of telecom room layouts, equipment configurations, and cabling documentation

What do we need from you

• Bachelors degree in engineering
• 15+ Years Experience in major infrastructure and transportation projects
• Strong understanding of structured cabling systems, networking principles, and telecommunications equipment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Industry Certification (BICSI certifications like Registered Communications Distribution Designer RCDD)
• Airport ICT design experience
• BISCI RCDD Certification
