IBM Sterling OMS Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and document features in

  IBM Sterling OMS v10.0

• Perform bug fixing, enhancement activities, and ensure code quality
• Manage technical requirements across OMS platforms
• Estimate effort, timelines, and dependencies for requirements
• Participate in OMS implementation and acquire domain expertise
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT and logistics teams
• Ensure secure, scalable, and reliable development aligned with best practices

Mandatory Requirements

• 1–2 years

  hands-on experience in IBM Order Management System (OMS)

• 0.6–1+ years

  of advanced-level Java programming
• Strong knowledge of:
• IBM Sterling OMS
• DB2 / Oracle (queries, index creation)
• XML, JSON
• GIT version control
• Linux/Unix (Intermediate/Advanced)
• GCP services: GKE, Artifact Registry, Compute Engine
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• Mandatory IBM Sterling OMS certification
