Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Sterling OMS and eCommerce/ERP/CRM platforms.
Work on Sterling OMS modules likeWeb SOM, Web COM, IV, and OMOCto manage inventory, order capture, and fulfillment processes.
Develop solutions usingJava, XML, XSL, and SQLfor customizations and data transformations.
Ensure real-time inventory accuracy and order visibility across all sales channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution of OMS-related incidents and defects.
Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and production deployments.

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of experience working withIBM Sterling OMS.
Strong hands-on experience withJava, XML, XSLT, and SQL.
Experience with Sterling modules likeWeb SOM, Web COM, IV, and OMOC.
Knowledge of order lifecycle, inventory visibility, and supply chain processes.
Good understanding ofomni-channel retailor e-commerce ecosystems.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in teams.
Experience with API integration and data mapping is a plus.
