  • Strong hands-on experience with

    IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS)

    – configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Understanding of

    Order, Inventory, and Fulfillment flows

    within OMS.
  • Experience in

    Java/J2EE

    ,

    XML

    ,

    XSLT

    ,

    JDBC

    ,

    REST/SOAP web services

    , and related technologies.
  • Knowledge of

    OMS APIs, user exits, and agents

    .
  • Experience with

    IBM WebSphere

    ,

    DB2/Oracle

    , and

    application servers

    .
  • For support roles: Experience in

    incident management, root cause analysis, and production monitoring

    .
  • For developer roles: Experience in

    enhancement design, OMS configuration, and performance optimization

    .
  • For testing roles: Knowledge of

    functional, integration, and regression testing

    in OMS environments.
  • Familiarity with tools like

    ServiceNow, JIRA, Jenkins, and Git

    is a plus.
