Job Description

Our client is embarking on a digital transformation initiative aimed at modernizing field data capture processes. The goal is to retire outdated Maximo Mobile forms and migrate field forms into a modern, user-friendly mobile interface. This solution will integrate seamlessly with existing Maximo workflows and support critical field operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document existing Maximo Mobile field forms
  • Design and configure mobile data capture modules using a low-code/no-code mobile platform
  • Integrate the new mobile solution with Maximo to support key business workflows
  • Lead the end-to-end migration of legacy forms
  • Support module deployment, UAT testing, and user training
  • Collaborate with PMO and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of milestones
  • Provide go-live support and thorough documentation



Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience with IBM Maximo
  • Experience with mobile form platforms 
  • Strong understanding of Maximo integration points and workflow automation
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale form migrations and deployments
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and documentation skills
  • Experience in field operations, utilities, or environmental services is a plus
