Job Description

Skill : IBM BPM BAW Developer

Experience range : 5 to 10 years

Location : Chennai, Hyd, Kolkata, Pune , Bangalore

Notice period : less than 60 days

Here is the JD for IBM BAW:

Minimum 5+ experience on IBM BPM/BAW

Excellent knowledge of BPM concepts
Experience in Design, Analysis and Development on IBM’s Business Process Management (BPM) tool.
Hands-on experience on business process development & Integration using IBM BPM/BAW.
Detail knowledge of IBM BAW product components & architecture
Knowledge of designing complex solution using Process Applications, Case Solutions, toolkits etc
Complete knowledge of different artifacts and ability to adopt the best combination to achieve a solution
Ability to identify customization needs, customize UI/coach views
Detail knowledge of different artifacts available to design a process / case solution
Ability to apply design / development best practices
Detail knowledge of external integration using Webservice/REST /Java/ Advance Integration Services
Knowledge of REST APIs and integration with external UI application
Knowledge on process governance
Ability to identify process improvement areas, performance improvement areas
Good to have knowledge of Banking Financial Services domain.
Good to have Agile Experience
