Hiring For: IBM ACE Developer

Location: Pune

Experience: 10+ Years

10+ years in enterprise integration with at least 5+ years hands-on on IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) / IBM Integration Bus (IIB).
Strong expertise in:
ESQL, Java Compute, Mapping nodes; creating Message Models (DFDL/XSD).
IBM MQ, Kafka, REST/SOAP services, TLS/SSL, OAuth/JWT.
BAR packaging, Policy Projects, Shared Libraries, configurable services.
CI/CD for ACE (Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions) and containerized deployments (Docker, OpenShift/Kubernetes).
Proven track record in performance tuning, observability, error handling, and non-functional requirements.
Experience in Agile/Scrum, user stories, estimation, and release management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
