Key Responsibilities

• Serve as

  Homeroom Teacher

  for IB PYP classes
• Plan and deliver

  inquiry-based, transdisciplinary learning

  aligned with IB PYP
• Incase of a

  IB-PYP HRT

  , teach core subjects (

  English / Mathematics / Science

  ) and integrate concepts across disciplines
• Incase of a

  Specialist Teacher

  , should deliver

  specialised subjects

  such as

  Computers / ICT / Visual Arts / Performing Arts - Music/Dance/Theatre

  or

  Foreign Languages (French / German)

  , as per expertise and school requirements
• Design and implement

  IB-aligned formative and summative assessments

• Maintain student portfolios, reports, and learning documentation
• Create a

  positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment

• Collaborate with grade-level teams, specialists, and coordinators
• Communicate effectively with parents through meetings and conferences
• Uphold

  child safeguarding, academic integrity, and professional ethics

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years

  of total teaching experience –

  Mandatory

• Minimum 2 years of IB PYP teaching experience – Preferred
• Experienced candidates only – freshers need not apply
• B.Ed. – Mandatory
• Relevant degree in English / Mathematics / Science / Specialist Subjects*
• IB certifications or IB professional development workshops – Preferred
• Computer skills – Mandatory
