Role Responsibilities: Teach French language and literature to IB Diploma Programme students. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with IB standards. Assess and evaluate student performance through various assessments. Create a classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles. Encourage student participation and foster a collaborative classroom culture. Ensure all students understand key concepts and achieve learning outcomes. Contribute to curriculum development and enhance IB teaching resources. Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding progress and challenges. Participate in professional development and stay updated with the IB curriculum. Organize and participate in extracurricular French language activities. Maintain discipline in the classroom and create a supportive atmosphere. Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and improve teaching techniques. Utilize technology to enhance the learning experience. Provide constructive feedback to students to foster improvement. Qualifications: Master s / Bachelors /Minimum C1 level certification in French. Teaching certification relevant to teaching French and the IB curriculum. Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in an IB setting. Proven fluency in spoken and written French. In-depth knowledge of the IB Diploma Programme and its assessment methods. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to motivate and inspire students. Experience with the integration of technology in the classroom. Commitment to ongoing professional development. Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and awareness. Ability to foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Flexibility and adaptability in teaching methods.
