Job Description

Role Overview: As an IAM PAM Solution Architect at Persistent Ltd., you will collaborate with IT & Security teams to identify and create tailored solutions to meet organization standards and industry regulations. Your main responsibility will be to design and implement robust PAM solutions to protect sensitive systems. You will need to stay updated on emergent threats & technologies to drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Possess product design & implementation knowledge, particularly about Active Directories (Entra ID, Azure AD) - Implement and integrate PAM with IGA - Experience with implementing Core-PAS CyberArk components such as EPV, DR EPV, HA EPV, PVWA, PSM, PSMP, CPM - Knowledge of implementing CyberArk Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA) and Advanced Modules (AAM CP, AAM CCP) - Hands-on experience with onboarding various device types including Windows, *Nix, Network, Database, SAP, Web applications, and Domain Controllers - Design and implement Entra ID PIM Solution and Identity protection - Knowledge of Azure Key Vault for managing secrets/certificates - Collaborate with application owners, DevOps, and IT operations to embed PAM controls - Creation and review of High-level project plan and Project Documentation - Assist colleagues with technical queries and provide consulting advice to stakeholders - Conduct performance testing and implement automation for operational efficiency - Ensure seamless integration of IAM product with the IT ecosystem and manage IAM workflows - Monitor IAM product's performance and carry out troubleshooting activities - Collaborate with internal stakeholders for timely support and issue resolution - Recommend and implement best practices for operational monitoring and capacity planning for IAM products Qualifications Required: - 10 to 18 years of experience in IAM products and processes - Ability to assess IAM products for potential areas of improvement - Stay updated on industry best practices and trends concerning IAM technologies - Experience in automation to improve system efficiency - Strong collaboration skills with internal stakeholders - Familiarity with incident troubleshooting and on-call responsibilities - Knowledge of operational procedures and project documentation - Proactive reporting on improvements and cost-saving initiatives About the Company: Persistent Ltd. is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
