As a Business/Process Architect in the Supply Chain and Operations practice at the company, your role will involve driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. You will help organizations reimagine and transform their supply chains for a positive impact on business, society, and the planet. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing strategic advisory services, conducting market research, and developing data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance. - Leading whiteboarding sessions with senior business stakeholders. - Conducting Business Architecture Framing using Operating Model Design, Value Chain Analysis, Customer Journey Mapping, Business Capability Modelling, etc. - Leading Process Discovery and/or Improvement initiatives. - Creating assets, accelerators, use cases, and enhancements. - Leading business development initiatives and solutioning for RFP responses. - Demonstrating leadership qualities and the ability to solve complex business problems. - Utilizing strong analytical skills to provide methodical solutions. - Solving complex business problems and delivering client satisfaction. - Possessing excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Adapting to cross-cultural environments and thriving in a dynamic setting. - Exhibiting strong team-management skills. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 8+ years of experience - MBA Fulltime - Relevant experience in the required domain - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Proven track record with BPM tools like ARIS, Blueworks, Signavio, and/or market leaders in architecture space - In-depth knowledge of industry trends, ERP/CRM platform transformation journey, new technologies, and tools - Experience with lean six sigma projects and/or training/certification will be a plus - Strong communication skills, especially in simplifying complex structures for diverse clients and colleagues at all levels You will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects and experience career growth and leadership exposure at the company.
