Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hydraulic Production Manager, based in Vasai Virar. The role involves overseeing the production, assembly, and quality control of hydraulic systems and components. Responsibilities include leading a team of technicians, ensuring timely project completion, managing resources and inventory, and coordinating with different departments for smooth workflow. The manager will also ensure compliance with safety standards, improve production processes, and maintain high product quality.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, components, and manufacturing processes
• Project management and team leadership skills, with the ability to oversee production schedules and resource allocation
• Proficiency in quality control, safety standards, and troubleshooting hydraulic systems
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience in working with industries such as steel plants, marine, or defense is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Relevant work experience in hydraulic system manufacturing and assembly is required
