Job Description

As an experienced L1/L2 support professional within SAP Commerce (Hybris) environment, you will have the following key responsibilities: - Utilize practical experience with Hybris Backoffice, working on Impex, and Hybris Administration Console (HAC) for system maintenance. - Monitor and analyze system performance using logging and monitoring tools to ensure optimal functioning. - Execute minor fixes such as Impex corrections, configuration updates, and property adjustments as required. - Handle Impex files for data imports/exports and troubleshoot data-related issues effectively. - Troubleshoot server-side issues using HAC and Hybris logs to maintain system integrity. - Collaborate effectively with non-technical users and teams by explaining technical concepts clearly. - Utilize service management tools like JIRA for incident tracking and request management. - Prioritize and manage multiple incidents or service requests in a fast-paced environment with a clear sense of urgency. - Demonstrate excellent communication skills at all organizational levels and maintain a positive, can-do attitude. - Participate in on-call rotation and incident postmortems to drive continuous improvement. - Stay updated with new emerging technologies and showcase technical aptitude for learning. Qualifications Required: - 6 to 12 years of experience in L1/L2 support within SAP Commerce (Hybris) environment. - Proficiency in Hybris Backoffice, Impex, and Hybris Administration Console (HAC). - Experience with monitoring tools such as Google Cloud Logging, Zabbix, Splunk, Graylogs. - Strong knowledge of databases, preferably MySQL. - Familiarity with Git, Bamboo, Jenkins for version control and continuous integration. - Prior experience with incident management tools like Jira or ServiceNow. - Experience in ECommerce solutions is mandatory. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities quickly and work effectively under pressure. - Willingness to travel internationally and adjust work hours to accommodate global teams.
