It is essential to have a strong working knowledge of Android, expertise in 3rd party API integrations, and the ability to build scalable architecture. Additionally, a good understanding of server-side issues and fixes is required, as the app has over 1 million users. The ideal candidate must be a proficient programmer who writes code consistently and sets an example for the team. Willingness to work long hours and meet deadlines is crucial for this role. Startup acumen and experience in digital lending are highly desirable qualities. A solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to code and ship quickly are also essential.
