Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Hybrid Inverter Technical Engineer with hands-on experience in solar PV systems, battery energy storage (ESS), and power electronics. The role involves testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical support of hybrid inverters (on-grid + off-grid + battery).

Key Responsibilities

Technical & Engineering - Understand and support hybrid inverter architecture (Solar + Grid + Battery) - Work on MPPT, DC–DC boost, and DC–AC inverter stages - Assist in firmware validation (DSP/MCU-based systems) - Perform failure analysis and root cause analysis (RCA)

Testing & Quality - Functional, load, surge, and protection testing - Aging / burn-in tests - Insulation resistance and hipot testing - Support BIS / IEC compliance activities

Field & Support - Installation and commissioning support - Site troubleshooting (PV, grid, battery) - Coordinate with service teams and customers - Support CAN / RS485 communication issues

Qualifications

· Diploma / B.Tech / BE – Electrical / Electronics / Power Electronics

· 2–5 years experience in Solar Inverters / UPS / VFD / ESS / SMPS

Technical Skills Required

· MPPT (single & dual)

· PV string design (Voc, Isc, temperature derating)

· Lithium battery systems (48V)

· BMS communication (CAN / RS485)

· IGBT / MOSFET fundamentals

· DSP / MCU basics (TI C2000 preferred)

· EMI / EMC awareness

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
