Designation : Product Testing Engineer
Location : Narsapur (Kolar)
Education : BE (Mechanical, Electrical) , Diploma (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics)
Experience : 6 to 14 Years
Salary : 7 LPA to 14 LPA
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Trouble shooting of electrical related issues as per electrical scheme.
Trouble shooting of HVAC related issues.
Deliver On time testing, as per SOP & Work instruction.
Set up testing process SOP and maintain the test results.
Responsible for testing process and deliver the quality of test products.
Maintain & handle the test bed equipment’s and instruments with calibration.
Responsible for reporting the non-conformity.
Implementation of 5S, Kaizen on the test bed and plant room.
Educating employees to maintain a clean, tidy and a safe working area.
Responsible for customer complaint analysis, root cause analysis and providing
corrective and preventive actions.
Preparation of Internal Failure Report and analysis.
Report to HOD on daily basis about the work done on a structured format as guided.
other relevant task as is deemed necessary for the product design and development.

Excellent trouble shooting and analytical skills.
Ability to perform under pressure
Knowledge in AHRI and NABL standards
Knowledge in heating, ventilation, air-conditioning system
Knowledge in electrical and electronics system.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
