Job Title: Sales Engineer – HVAC & Dehumidification Solutions

Role Overview:

We are looking for highly motivated and technically sound HVAC Sales Engineers to join our team immediately. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling client inquiries, providing pre-sales and post-sales support, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets across industrial, commercial, and institutional segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base in assigned regions
• Engage with consultants, contractors, architects, and end-users to promote HVAC solutions
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions
• Prepare technical/commercial proposals and negotiate contracts
• Coordinate with design and production teams for project execution
• Conduct site visits and follow up on project progress
• Maintain records of customer interactions and generate sales reports
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B-Tech Mechanical or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 1–5 years of proven experience in HVAC sales (preferably with AHUs, FCUs, ducting, ventilation products, or clean room systems)
• Sound technical knowledge of HVAC systems and applications
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and CRM tools is a plus
• Willingness to travel locally/regionally for client meetings and site visits
• Strong problem-solving ability and customer-focused mindset
