Job Description

Designation : HVAC Site/Project Engineer Location : Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai Job description: HVAC Project Engineer with 2 to 6 years of successful Project experience in the HVAC Project industry, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth. Technical expertise- Understanding & implementing predefines project work processes, with item description based on drawings. Track project progress against timelines, milestones, and budgets. Identify and proactively address potential issues and delays. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Conduct regular project reviews with stakeholders. Site Management: Ensure clear communication and collaboration with vendors, suppliers, client and other stakeholders. Daily reporting & coordinating with stakeholders for project completion by studying customers requirements Follow & implement in team the Safety awareness & safety rules at site during execution.. Daily reporting to Project Manager regarding site execution progress Material Management: Coordinate material procurement, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications. Manage material flow throughout the project lifecycle. Perform material reconciliation and maintain accurate inventory records. Vendor and Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers and ensure timely delivery Communicate issues regarding vendors and suppliers to Project Manager Customer Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients. Clearly communicate project status and address client concerns promptly. Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Escalation Management: Identify and escalate project risks and issues to the Project Manager. Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate identified risks. Work collaboratively with the Project Manager to resolve critical issues. Educational Qualification and Experience: Bachelor degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering 2 to 6 years of successful Project experience in the HVAC Project industry In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including VRV, chilled water, and ventilation systems. Proven experience in project planning, scheduling Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ready to work Pan India as per project requirement Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,628.97 - ₹50,952.01 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
