Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HVAC Planning Manager located in New Delhi. The HVAC Planning Manager will oversee the planning and execution of HVAC projects, ensuring that timelines and budgets are met. Responsibilities include collaborating with design teams to develop comprehensive project plans, resource allocation, coordinating with procurement and logistics for timely delivery of materials, and monitoring project progress. The role requires conducting regular meetings, liaising with clients, and maintaining a high standard of workmanship to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge in HVAC systems, components, and design such as Chillers, VRVs/VRFs, AHUs, DX Units, and related systems
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and monitoring progress
• Strong skills in client relations, team collaboration, and stakeholder communication
• Proficiency in technical tools and software for design and project planning
• Understanding of project costing, budgeting, and financial management
• Hands-on experience in site management and ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Previous experience in HVAC project management is highly desirable
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
