Job Description

1. Prepare and review HVAC system designs, layouts, and technical documentation for pharmacleanrooms / production areas / laboratories / warehouses.2. Perform heat load calculations, static pressure calculations, air balancing, and duct sizing.3. Develop AHU specifications, ventilation schemes, filtration strategy (HEPA), and zoning for classified areas.4. Plan and design:o Cleanroom airflow patternso Pressure cascade schemeso Temp RH control strategyo Air change rates differential pressure mapping5. Prepare and review engineering drawings such as:o GA drawingso AFD / RDSo Section drawingso Duct routing & P&ID related to HVAC6. Design BOQ equipment sizing including AHUs, dehumidifiers, chillers, pumps, exhaustfans, ducting, dampers, etc.7. Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines cGMP / WHO / USFDA / EU / ISO14644.8. Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors during design and execution.9. Support project team during installation, commissioning validation.10. Prepare and review project documents URS / DQ / IQ / OQ / FAT / SAT.

Skills & Competencies

1. Strong knowledge of HVAC design for pharmaceutical cleanroom applications.2. Understanding of classifications ISO 59, pressure cascades contamination control.3. Software proficiency: HAP / AutoCAD / Cadmate / MS Office.4. Excellent communication client coordination abilities.5. Problem-solving and value-engineering mindset.
