Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HVAC Business Development Manager located in Bhubaneswar. The HVAC Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The role includes conducting market research, developing business strategies, providing technical support to clients, and collaborating with internal teams. The role also requires preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts to secure new business deals.

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and technical support skills
• Strong analytical and market research skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the HVAC industry is a plus
