Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Manager located in Bhubaneswar. The HVAC Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HVAC department, ensuring efficient functioning of all systems. Tasks will include managing HVAC execution , coordinating with the clients ,drawing , finalisation of contractors and etc . Additional responsibilities include supervising and training staff, handling customer service inquiries, and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience and skills in HVAC
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Proficiency in execution and monitoring
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Relevant certifications in HVAC is a plus
