Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for overseeing HR functions including HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The specialist will handle recruitment, employee relations, and plan activities to keep the people engaged.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Experience in Personnel Management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with team members
• Experience in the online tech media industry is a plus
