Job Description

What you''ll do :

Enabling performance advisors

  • Deliver timely, high-quality support to a cohort of performance advisors to enhance their effectiveness
  • Guide advisors in providing actionable, evidence-based feedback, including Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
  • Identify and support underperforming advisors while encouraging high performers to share best practices
  • Use data and metrics to maintain awareness of cohort, surface insights and drive improvements in performance advising
  • Log activities per program requirements and raise themes to inform advisor content, training and enablement initiatives

Supporting functional programmatic needs, tools and resources

  • Lead or contribute to functional initiatives, tools, and systems with strategic thinking, strong ownership and high-quality execution
  • Develop resources, materials, and communications (e.g., to enable ongoing learning and capability building for performance advisors)

Operating in a globally consistent manner

  • Apply global frameworks, processes, and materials for consistent and scalable program delivery
  • Partner across HR and related functions to ensure cohesive communication, alignment, and impact (taking a one-HR approach)

Provide coaching services (as needed)

  • Deliver leadership coaching programs to support the growth and development of current and emerging leaders

What you''ll bring :

  • Bachelors degree and ~6-8+ years of relevant work experience
  • Prior HR experience with a solid understanding of human and organizational dynamics
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including comfort presenting virtually and in-person
  • Proven ability to navigate sensitive topics with diplomacy and manage unstructured problems independently
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Adaptable to change, ambiguity and evolving responsibilities
  • Skilled in building trusted relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Growth mindset and motivation to develop as an HR professional
  • Strong collaboration skills and a holistic understanding of the organizational ecosystem
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule of three days in-office per week
