Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and handling personnel management. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting employee development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• A good understanding of applicable labor laws and employment regulations
• Experience in the tech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
