Human Resources Specialist

As an HR Executive at CyberSRC, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department of the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include filing HR documents, conducting background checks on potential candidates, screening resumes, and enhancing HR policies and procedures. You will collaborate with HR associates and managers to streamline HR activities and gain practical experience in recruitment, onboarding, training, and administrative tasks. In this entry-level position, you will be involved in posting job openings, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, and assisting in new employee orientation and paperwork. Your role will also encompass maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, handling employee inquiries, and contributing to the resolution of basic employee issues. This temporary position is ideal for individuals looking to explore various facets of HR and gain insights into HR practices and processes. To excel in this role, you should possess knowledge of HR concepts, labor laws, HRIS, and resume databases. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational skills, and a Master's degree in HR or a related subject with a technical background are essential qualifications.
