🔑 Your Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment & onboarding

Implement HR policies, processes, and compliance

Manage employee engagement, retention & grievance redressal

Oversee payroll, attendance, and documentation

Drive performance reviews & training initiatives

Foster a strong internal culture and employer brand

✅ What We’re Looking For

5–7 years of hands-on HR experience (preferably in FMCG, D2C, or startup space)

Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance

Excellent communication, people-first approach, and leadership skills

Ability to work independently and shape HR systems from ground up

Passion for wellness, growth, and team culture is a big plus!
