Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment across functions
• Build and streamline HR processes & policies
• Partner with leadership on org structure and hiring priorities
• Manage employee engagement, compliance, and performance cycles

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in recruitment & HR management
• Strong record of closing roles in fast-paced environments
• Hands-on, independent, and execution-focused
• Excellent communication and people skills
