We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven HR Recruiters (Freshers & Experienced) who are passionate about people, communication, and growth. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for diverse roles across industries.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen potential candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Build relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs.
• Support end-to-end recruitment cycle — from job posting to onboarding.
• Collaborate with the HR team to improve hiring strategies and candidate experience.

💡 Requirements

For Freshers:

• MBA/Graduation in HR or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn recruitment tools and HR processes.
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability.

For Experienced Candidates (6 months–2 years):

• Prior experience in recruitment or HR consulting.
• Knowledge of job portals, sourcing techniques, and client handling.
• Proven ability to meet hiring targets and deadlines.
