Human Resources Manager Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Post job openings on portals, screen resumes, and conduct interviews.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
• Manage onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
• Employee Relations:
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
• Foster a positive workplace environment to enhance employee satisfaction.
• Performance Management:
• Assist in creating and managing performance review processes..
• Handle performance improvement plans when required.
• HR Operations:
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Handle payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
• Policy Development:
• Draft and implement HR policies in alignment with company objectives.
• Review and update policies as per regulatory changes.
• Compliance & Reporting:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations.
• Generate HR reports and metrics for management review.
• Handle employee exits, including resignations and terminations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
