Human Resources Manager

As a dynamic HR & Admin Manager at our Kochi head office, you will be responsible for leading the Human Resources function and overseeing office administration to support our growing operations across India. Your key responsibilities will include managing recruitment and onboarding processes across departments, supporting performance management through appraisal cycles, KPIs, and employee engagement initiatives. You will also be tasked with overseeing office facilities, travel coordination, vendor management, and general administrative duties. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in ensuring legal compliance by coordinating with legal advisors on contracts, policies, and adherence to Indian labour laws. Identifying skill gaps and organizing training programs will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must hold an MBA in HR or an equivalent qualification with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in HR/Admin roles. Proficiency in Zoho People or similar HRMS tools is required, along with an excellent understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance. Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills will be essential for success in this position. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kochi, Kerala.
