Human Resources Manager (Plant)

As an experienced HR professional, your role will involve designing and executing HR policies, programs, and procedures that are in line with the company's mission and business objectives. You will need to stay updated on labor laws, wage regulations, safety standards, and employment policies to ensure full compliance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent to build a high-performing team. - Implementing training and career development programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and retention. - Overseeing salary structures, bonuses, and benefits to maintain competitive and fair compensation practices. - Keeping personnel files, attendance records, and other essential HR documentation up to date. - Providing expert HR guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and best practices. - Supervising HR personnel, offering coaching, performance feedback, and professional development. - Ensuring adherence to company safety policies and environmental regulations.
