Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Lucknow. The Human Resources Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The individual will also be responsible for developing HR policies, conducting training sessions, and ensuring a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to develop and conduct training sessions
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the real estate or financial industry is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
