Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Ranchi. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. Day-to-day tasks include managing the hiring process, conducting performance reviews, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will also develop and implement HR policies and strategies to support the company's goals.
