Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Zirakpur. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee training, and performance evaluations. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing employee records, fostering a positive workplace culture, and addressing employee grievances. The role will involve collaborating with management to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Engagement processes
• Experience in Performance Management, Training and Development, and Succession Planning
• Proficiency in Compliance, Labor Law Regulations, and Policy Development
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Conflict Resolution skills
• Ability to manage HR Information Systems and maintain detailed Employee Records
• Leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to align HR strategies to business objectives
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership role is preferred
